The Bank would like to request for applications from competent Nepalese candidates in positions mentioned below. The respective candidates should have innate qualities including but not limited to team player, positive attitude and passion and confidence to strive for quality performance.
1. Position: Marketing Executives : Few
Assistant to Officer Level
> Should possess the ability to recognize new deposit avenues and strengthen the existing business (corporate/retail) with cross selling of Bank’s products and services.
> Should possess sales and service DNA with passion and confidence to match up the requirement.
> Should possess excellent interpersonal and communication skill.
> Preference shall be given to those with minimum 2 years of experience in sales and marketing.
> Candidate must be working in same position or one level below in banking field with at least one year of experience in current position to apply in the desired position.
> Position shall be offered on the basis of experience and education qualification.
2. Position: Deprived Sector/Agriculture Banking Staffs : Few
Assistant Level
> Should have at least 10+2 or equivalent degree from a recognized university.
> Candidate must have at least 2 years of working experience in financial institution. Preference shall be given to the candidate having exposure in the field of Microfinance.
Position shall be offered on the basis of experience and education qualification.
3. Position: Graphic Designer
> Candidate must have 2 years of experience in creative designing.
> Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suits which includes photo shop, illustrator, in design and other Graphic software.
> Preference shall be given to the candidate having education background in graphic designing or other relevant field.
> Position shall be offered on the basis of experience and education qualification.
4. Position: Content Writer
> Candidate must have strong research skills.
> Candidate must have excellent editing skills with good eye for detail.
> Preference shall be given to the candidate having previous experience as content writer.
> Candidate must have excellent writing skills with command in both English and Nepali Language.
> Position shall be offered on the basis of experience and education qualification.
