Duties
The incumbent serves as the senior-most member of the Mission’s Local Guard Force. The incumbent ensures quality and consistency in the performance of guards and oversees various guard force programs. The incumbent issues special guard orders; prepares modifications of the Guard Orders for Regional Security Officer’s (RSO) approval. The incumbent also investigates irregularities within the Guard Force and enforces discipline in coordination with RSO.

Qualifications and Evaluations
Requirements:
EXPERIENCE: A minimum of 7 years of progressively responsible experience in the security field (commercial security guard business, police or military) is required. At least 2 years of supervisory experience is required.

JOB KNOWLEDGE: A thorough knowledge of general security practices is required. A good knowledge of local security law is required. A good working knowledge of various Windows based computer applications is required.

Education Requirements:
Successful Completion of Secondary School is required.

Evaluations: These may be tested (Language, Skills and Abilities).

LANGUAGE: Good Working Knowledge Speaking/Reading/Writing English is required. Good Working Knowledge Speaking/Reading/Writing Nepali is required. The English language abilities will be tested.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Good interpersonal skills are required. The ability to draft clear reports in English is required. A valid Nepali driver’s license, Class “B” (Car, Jeep, Delivery Van) is required.

Qualifications:
