Job OverviewWe are looking for a creative and hands-on Content Producer to produce engaging, high-quality content across digital platforms. This role involves ideating, shooting, editing, and publishing content, especially short-form videos, for social media, campaigns, and brand storytelling.Key Responsibilities• Plan, create, and execute content for social media such as Reels, TikTok-style videos, and YouTube Shorts• Shoot and edit videos including interviews, events, promotional content, and trend-based videos• Develop content ideas aligned with brand goals, campaigns, and audience interests• Handle end-to-end video production including scripting, filming, editing, and final delivery• Edit videos with strong attention to pacing, transitions, subtitles, and sound design• Repurpose long-form content into short-form, platform-specific formats• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to ensure brand consistency• Stay updated with social media trends, formats, and viral content styles• Manage content calendars and posting schedules• Optimise content for engagement and performanceRequired Skills and Qualifications• Proven experience as a Content Creator, Video Editor, or similar role• Strong video editing skills using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar• Ability to shoot content.• Good understanding of lighting, framing, and audio basics• Strong storytelling and creative thinking skills• Familiarity with social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube• Basic knowledge of motion graphics and subtitle editing• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects
