Job Overview: We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Motion Designer & Video Editor with at least 2 years of experience in a marketing or creative agency environment. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of storytelling, visual design, and editing techniques to produce engaging content for digital platforms.Key Responsibilities:• Create high-quality motion graphics and animations for digital campaigns, social media, and ads
• Edit videos for various formats including reels, ads, brand films, and promotional content
• Collaborate with creative, marketing, and content teams to understand project requirements
• Conceptualize and execute visual storytelling aligned with brand guidelines
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
• Optimize video content for different platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies
Required Skills & Qualifications:• 2+ years of experience in motion design and video editing, preferably in a marketing agency
• Proficiency in tools like Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop
• Strong understanding of animation principles, typography, and color theory
• Experience in creating social media content and performance-driven creatives
• Basic knowledge of sound design and video formats/codecs
• Ability to take feedback and iterate quickly
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Qualifications:• Experience with 3D tools (e.g., Blender or Cinema 4D) is a plus
• Knowledge of storytelling for performance marketing campaigns
• Familiarity with brand identity systems
