Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Video Presenter role located in Kusunti. The Video Presenter will act as the on-camera representative for NRES, creating engaging and informative video content about the company’s real estate services and property listings. Responsibilities include delivering professional presentations, explaining property features and benefits, collaborating with the media team, and maintaining brand consistency in visual content. The role also requires actively engaging with audiences to enhance the company’s online presence and attracting potential clientele through high-quality, captivating video content.

Qualifications

Strong on-camera presence, clear communication skills, and excellent articulation

Knowledge of video presentation techniques, video production processes, and basic scriptwriting

Creativity and storytelling skills for creating engaging and professional video content

Ability to work closely with media and marketing teams to match brand identity

Basic knowledge of the real estate industry and property market trends in Nepal is a plus

Proactive, personable, with strong interpersonal and audience engagement skills

Proficiency in spoken Nepali and English

Comfortable working full-time on-site
