The purpose of this 10 month (Dec 2020-Sept 2021) Traineeship Programme is to give the opportunity to explore and increase the potential of trainees by enhancing and developing their capacity in community based integrated programmes, organizational management and leadership development within the working context of WVIN.

Being a trainee at World Vision International Nepal means you will have:

This traineeship programme is suitable for you if you have a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university in any field of study and if you :

> Are willing to work with poor and marginalized communities in remote areas.
> Are able to work effectively and sensitively in the cultural context of Nepal.
> Are looking to launch your career and gain professional experience with an international NGO.
> Are willing to commit to a 10-month full time traineeship programme.
During the traineeship period, allowance will be provided to the trainees to cover basic expenses.
