Nepal Telecom PIN Recovery

Nepal Telecom customers can now use the recharge cards even if most of the numbers of PIN are erased and only at least 6 numbers are displayed. If the PIN numbers are not clear or erased, the customer can go to http://pinrecovery.ntc.net.np/ and type in the serial number of the damaged recharge card, the PIN numbers visible and the mobile number to be recharged. NT also has plans to arrange in the near future for recharge card exchange via sending SMS to a short code or through the ‘Nepal Telecom’ mobile app.
