Pragyan Securities Pvt. Ltd. (PS) was registered on November 6, 1995 under Nepal govt. ministry of industry with office of company registrar. Though it was registered in 1995, the operation of it started from January 23, 1997 after obtaining the license form Securities Board of Nepal, Nepal stock exchange as the 10th number broker.

PS is a Private limited company in Nepal. It is the most successful broker firm amongst all in Nepal having a yearly turnover of about 7 billion. It is also known as the first broker company who did the On Line Stock Trading at its own office.

The company is in compliance with the suggestion and directives of security board of Nepal and Nepal stock exchange which show its commitment for corporate governance and adoption of best priorities in the industry.
