Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Accountant position located in the Jhapa District. The Accountant will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial reports, processing transactions, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Additional duties include budget management, financial forecasting, and collaborating with other departments to ensure accuracy and transparency in financial processes.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in accounting principles, financial reporting, and bookkeeping
• Experience in budget management, financial analysis, and forecasting
• Working knowledge of accounting software and spreadsheet applications
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving capabilities
• Good understanding of tax regulations and compliance requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Professional certifications such as CPA or ACCA will be considered an advantage
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
