Permanent employees of Federal Civil Service.

Permanent employees of any Provincial Civil Service.

Permanent employees of Local Government Service.

Note: Employees claiming age limit exemption must submit a currently-in-service certificate, verified and signed by the Head of the concerned office.

Additional Charges (Only If Applying For Extra Posts)

NRs. 400/- for each additional group under internal & inclusive category.

NRs. 400/- for each additional letter/post.

Example

If you apply for 1 additional group + 1 additional letter, you pay

NRs. 1,000 + NRs. 400 + NRs. 400 = NRs. 1,800/- Total

Online Payment

Click the Pay Button of your applied advertisement.

Select your Bank.

Choose Online Payment.

Select your E-Wallet.

Enter your Username & Password to complete payment.

Option 2

Offline Payment

Go to My Application And Click All Applications.

Click the Pay Button of your applied advertisement.

Select your Bank.

Choose Offline Payment.

Click “Click Here” to generate a Voucher.

Visit your respective Bank and pay the amount with that voucher.

Important

Once you submit an application for any advertisement – you cannot,

Re-submit it.

Make additions to it.

Withdraw it.

Fee Payment Period

Pay your examination fee within office hours on or before the double fee deadline.

Note

If the last date falls on a public holiday, pay on the next working day.

Make sure your payment envelope includes.

Your Master ID.

Transaction Reference Number from the voucher.
