Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Housekeeping Attendant based in Nepal. The Housekeeping Attendant will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and tidiness across the premises, including guest rooms, common areas, and specialized spaces. Responsibilities include performing laundry duties, restocking supplies, ensuring sanitation standards are met, and reporting any maintenance or repair needs. The role requires providing excellent customer service and contributing to an organized and welcoming environment for guests.

Qualifications

Knowledge and experience in Laundry and general cleaning tasks

Strong Communication skills to interact professionally with guests and team members

Proficiency in Customer Service to ensure guest satisfaction and address concerns effectively

Exceptional Organization Skills to manage time, prioritize tasks, and ensure a high standard of cleanliness

Experience in Training or willingness to learn and improve skills for enhanced performance

Attention to detail and ability to maintain a consistently clean and welcoming environment

Basic understanding of hygiene and safety protocols
