Job Summary

We are looking for a seasoned US Healthcare Recruiter to join our team in Nepal. You will lead the talent acquisition lifecycle for our US-based staffing client, focusing on high-demand healthcare roles (Nurses, Allied Health, and Tech-Clinicians). You must have a deep understanding of the US healthcare ecosystem and the ability to work independently during US business hours.

Key Responsibilities

Expertly navigate US-specific job boards and LinkedIn to identify clinical talent.

Screen resumes and conducts initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications

Stay updated with US healthcare hiring trends and compliance requirements

Operates during US Business Hours (Night shift in Nepal) to ensure real-time communication with candidates and the US-based client.

Conduct rigorous phone/video screenings to evaluate clinical competency, communication skills, and cultural fit for US facilities.

Verify candidate credentials, including state-specific nursing licenses, BLS/ACLS certifications, and understanding of US work authorizations (W2, 1099, C2C).

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field

1 to 2 years of experience in US healthcare recruitment (or staffing industry)

Good English communication skills (spoken and written).

Proficient in navigating multiple digital platforms, software, ATS and MS-Office package tools simultaneously.

Familiarity with healthcare roles, certifications, and licensing requirements

Strong understanding of recruitment lifecycle and sourcing strategies

Familiarity with US time zones, geography, and federal/state employment laws Note: Please note, this role requires strict adherence to shift schedules.
