About the Role

Bagaicha, one of Nepal’s leading premium fine dining restaurant brands, is looking for a competent and reliable Senior Accountant to oversee and strengthen its financial operations across multiple outlets.

This role requires someone who can take ownership of the entire accounting function — from financial reporting and cost control to compliance and team coordination — while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and strong financial discipline within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee overall accounting operations, financial reporting, and timely closing of accounts.

Monitor revenue, expenses, and food and beverage costs to ensure profitability.

Manage budgeting, cost control, and financial performance across outlets.

Supervise inventory accounting, stock audits, and control of wastage and pilferage.

Handle vendor payments, receivables, and maintain accurate reconciliations.

Ensure compliance with VAT, TDS, and all regulatory requirements.

Manage cash flow, banking activities, and internal financial controls.

Lead and guide the finance team while coordinating with operations, HR, and purchase departments.

Provide financial insights and analysis to support business decisions and expansion plans.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s / CA preferred).

3–5+ years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.

Experience in hospitality or multi-outlet business will be an advantage.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial reporting.

Proficiency in accounting systems and Software.

Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and ability to meet deadlines.
