Key Responsibilities

Record and maintain daily financial transactions accurately.

Prepare and post journal entries in accounting systems.

Assist in maintaining books of accounts and financial records.

Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts.

Support the preparation of financial reports and statements.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.

Coordinate with internal teams regarding financial and accounting matters.

Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.

Job Specification

Bachelor's Degree completed in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Minimum 1 year of relevant accounting experience.

Sound knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).

Experience in preparing and managing journal entries.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.

Knowledge of accounting software and computerized accounting systems.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Requirement

Valid two-wheeler driving license will be an added advantage.
