📋 Job Description

Manage day-to-day accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.

Handle VAT, Tax, TDS, and statutory compliance requirements.

Coordinate and support internal and external audit processes.

Reconcile bank accounts, ledgers, and financial transactions.

Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash flow activities.

Prepare budgets, financial forecasts, and management reports.

Ensure proper documentation and compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Handle loan-related documentation and banking transactions, including LC/TR processes when required.

Utilize Tally, ERP systems, and other accounting software efficiently.

Provide financial insights and recommendations to management for business decisions.

✅ Job Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or a related field.

Minimum 3–4 years of experience in accounting, finance, or banking operations.

Experience in loan handling, LC/TR, and banking-related financial processes will be an added advantage.

Strong knowledge of Tally, ERP systems, VAT, Taxation, and Audit procedures.

Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, financial reporting, and accounting software.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
