We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Account Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily accounting operations, billing, cash handling, bank reconciliation, inventory monitoring, and financial documentation while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Record and update daily financial transactions in accounting software accurately

• Prepare vouchers, invoices, daily sheets, and maintain systematic financial documentation

• Ensure timely receipt and processing of import documents and costing

• Verify accounting entries, vouchers, cash balance, petty cash, and digital payment transactions

• Monitor and track issued credit notes and payment records

• Ensure all payment slips and supporting documents are properly submitted and filed

• Safeguard cash and cheques received and maintain proper transaction records

• Coordinate timely cash and cheque deposits with complete supporting documentation

• Conduct monthly inventory monitoring and provide accurate inventory information to concerned departments

• Perform regular bank reconciliation and follow up on unreconciled transactions

• Ensure compliance with company financial policies and reporting procedures

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• 2 years of prior experience in accounting field

• Good knowledge of accounting software and MS Excel

• Strong numerical accuracy, documentation, and organizational skills

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle financial data responsibly
