Job Description

Prepare and consolidate monthly fund projections to ensure effective cash flow management.

Review payment vouchers, receipt vouchers, and other financial statements on a daily basis prior to month-end closing.

Prepare monthly TDS and VAT reconciliation statements and ensure compliance with applicable tax regulations.

Manage payroll processing in a timely manner and address employee payment-related issues efficiently.

Prepare monthly payment schedules and ensure the availability of sufficient funds to meet payment obligations.

Prepare and submit Management Information System (MIS) reports to the Head of Department (HOD) and participate in discussions regarding financial performance and analysis.

Coordinate and manage internal and external audit processes, ensuring timely submission of required documents and information.

Perform month-end and year-end account closing activities, finalize accounts, and prepare accurate financial reports.

Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts.

Prepare and file tax returns while ensuring compliance with all statutory requirements.

Job Specification

Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Finance and Accounts, preferably within the automobile sector.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field with Finance or Accounting as a major subject. Preference will be given to candidates holding a Master’s degree or higher qualification.

Strong knowledge of and hands-on experience with ERP software systems
