Photon Energy Development Company Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a competent and detail-oriented Senior Accountant / Chartered Accountant to oversee financial operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide strategic financial insights to support business growth and decision-making. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing accounting functions, financial reporting, taxation, budgeting, and audit coordination.

Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and review financial statements, management reports, and periodic financial analyses.

Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.

Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.

Manage budgeting, financial forecasting, and cash flow planning.

Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure timely resolution of audit observations.

Prepare and submit VAT, TDS, income tax, and other statutory filings within prescribed deadlines.

Monitor financial controls and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Support management in financial planning, investment analysis, and strategic decision-making.

Liaise with banks, auditors, regulatory authorities, and other stakeholders as required.

Maintain proper financial records and documentation in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
