We are seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Showroom Sales & Billing Executive to assist customers, drive showroom sales, prepare accurate bills, and ensure a smooth purchase experience. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and experience in showroom sales and billing operations.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome customers and understand their product requirements.

Demonstrate products and provide accurate information on features, pricing, and promotions.

Achieve individual and showroom sales targets.

Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, and bills accurately.

Handle cash, card, UPI, and other payment transactions.

Maintain billing records and ensure accurate documentation.

Coordinate with the warehouse/store team to ensure product availability and timely delivery.

Manage customer queries, complaints, and after-sales support.

Maintain showroom cleanliness, product displays, and stock arrangement.

Assist in inventory checks and stock reconciliation.

Prepare daily sales and billing reports.
