Job Summary

The Senior Accountant manages day-to-day accounting activities, prepares financial reports, ensures compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations, and supports month-end and year-end closing processes. This role works closely with finance leadership to maintain accurate financial records and improve accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

• Manage general ledger accounting and account reconciliations.

• Oversee month-end and year-end closing activities.

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.

• Prepare journal entries and maintain accurate financial records.

• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

• Coordinate internal and external audits.

• Prepare and file tax returns and statutory reports as required.

• Monitor cash flow and support treasury activities.

• Review accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
