Job Summary

The Account and Finance Officer oversees financial operations, maintains accurate financial records, prepares reports, and ensures compliance with financial policies and regulations. The role supports decision-making by providing timely and reliable financial information.

Key Responsibilities

• Procurement and sourcing of raw materials, including crude soybean and sunflower oil

• Inventory planning, stock monitoring, and warehouse management

• Supply chain, logistics, and transportation coordination across multiple locations

• Insurance policy administration, claims processing, and surveyor coordination

• Foreign exchange monitoring and dollar forward contract management

• Financial cost analysis, interest auditing, and banking relationship management

• MIS reporting, business projections, and performance variance analysis

• Import/export documentation and compliance management

• ERP systems utilization and advanced Microsoft Excel reporting

• Vendor, stakeholder, and consortium meeting coordination

• Cross-functional collaboration with procurement, finance, sales, and operations teams

• Strategic decision support and reporting to senior management and directors
