We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to manage the company's accounting operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, maintain statutory compliance, and support financial planning. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, sound knowledge of accounting principles, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records and oversee daily accounting operations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
• Prepare VAT/TDS returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
• Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits.
• Monitor budgets, expenses, and financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Supervise junior accounting staff and provide guidance when required.
• Prepare financial reports and management reports as assigned.
