Global Electronix Pvt. Ltd is looking for two Accountants to join its finance team — one at the mid level and one at the senior level. The roles involve day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Mid Level Accountant

Maintain day-to-day accounting records including purchase, sales, and general ledger entries

Prepare and process invoices, payments, and bank reconciliations

Assist in monthly closing and preparation of financial statements

Handle VAT, TDS, and other tax filings under supervision

Coordinate with vendors and internal departments on billing and payment matters

Support internal and external audit processes

Senior Level Accountant

Oversee complete accounting cycle and ensure accuracy of financial records

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports

Manage tax compliance including VAT, TDS, and income tax filings

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

Supervise and review the work of junior accounting staff

Liaise with auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies

Ensure internal controls and accounting policies are properly followed
