Finance Manager

📋 Job Description

• Manage and supervise overall financial operations of the organization
• Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements and reports
• Ensure timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing
• Develop budgets, financial forecasts, and cash flow projections
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations, statutory requirements, and internal policies
• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities
• Provide financial insights and strategic recommendations to senior management
• Implement and maintain internal controls and financial systems
• Monitor costs and identify areas for financial improvement
• Lead, guide, and mentor the finance and accounts team

✅ Job Requirements

• Chartered Accountant (CA)
•  4–5 years of relevant experience in a reputed organization/group
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation, and compliance
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• High level of integrity and attention to detail
