The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, financial analysis, and accounting software.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee day-to-day accounting and financial transactions.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date books of accounts and financial records.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.

Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, invoicing, and bank reconciliation.

Monitor cash flow, expenses, budgets, and financial performance.

Prepare and review journal entries, ledgers, and supporting documents.

Manage VAT, TDS, income tax, and other statutory compliance requirements.

Coordinate with auditors, banks, tax authorities, vendors, and other stakeholders.

Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and financial projections.

Monitor and control expenses to support effective cost management.

Ensure timely completion of tax filings and other regulatory requirements.

Identify accounting discrepancies and resolve financial issues promptly.

Maintain proper documentation of financial transactions and supporting records.

Provide accurate financial information and analysis to management for decision-making.

Supervise junior accounting staff and review their work when required.

Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and applicable financial regulations.
