Prepare financial audit reports

Perform monthly bank reconciliations and monitor bank balances

Reconcile and submit monthly VAT reports and manage TDS payments

Verify accuracy of expenses and maintain the daily cash book

Reconcile debtor and creditor statements periodically

Review financial documentation daily to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with internal regulations

Coordinate with the finance team to complete accounting tasks within deadlines

Recommend improvements to accounting procedures

Maintain both soft and hard copies of financial records

Handle confidential information responsibly

Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor or director

Education, Skills & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Management (BBA/BBS) , Finance or related field – running or completed

Minimum 1 years of accounting experience (Travel and Tours industry experience preferred)

Proficiency in TallyPrime Silver accounting software

Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Candidates with a two-wheeler license and vehicle preferred

Strong teamwork and communication skills

Willingness to relocate if necessary
