Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accountant to manage financial records, prepare accurate financial reports, ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements, and support the organization's overall financial operations. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Record and maintain accurate daily financial transactions.

• Prepare payment vouchers, receipts, invoices, and journal entries.

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely processing and reconciliation.

• Reconcile bank accounts, general ledger accounts, and other financial records.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.

• Maintain and monitor petty cash transactions and records.

• Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and provide support during internal and external audits.

• Prepare and maintain tax-related documentation and ensure compliance with applicable tax laws and regulations.

• Support management by providing financial analysis, budgeting assistance, forecasting, and periodic financial reports.

• Monitor cash flow and assist in financial planning and budget control.

• Maintain the confidentiality and security of financial information and documentation.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar accounting role.

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and taxation.
