Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and reliable Junior Accountant to join our team on a part-time basis. In this role, you will assist with daily bookkeeping, invoice processing, financial recording, and supporting overall financial administration.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain daily record-keeping, journal entries, and ledger maintenance.

Handle petty cash, bank reconciliations, and routine invoice processing.

Assist in preparing monthly financial summaries and documentation.

Collaborate with the management team to ensure smooth office administration and financial record accuracy.

Requirements & Qualifications

Basic to intermediate knowledge of accounting principles and financial practices.

Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets and accounting software/tools.

Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and good time management skills.

Ability to work comfortably during the 12

00 PM to 5:00 PM schedule.
