We are seeking two experienced Senior Accountants to join Mudita Computer Store’s finance team in Putalisadak, Kathmandu, Nepal. This full‑time, on‑site role offers a negotiable salary and the opportunity to contribute to a growing retail business.

Roles & Responsibilities

Manage day‑to‑day accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with Nepalese GAAP.

Conduct bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow to ensure liquidity.

Handle tax computations, filings, and stay updated on local taxation regulations.

Coordinate audit processes and provide requisite documentation.

Analyze financial data to support strategic decision‑making.

Identify and resolve discrepancies, enhancing internal controls.

Maintain fixed‑asset register and depreciation schedules.

Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff as needed.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Minimum of 2 years of relevant accounting experience.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and taxation in Nepal.

Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks) and advanced Excel skills.

Excellent problem‑solving and analytical abilities.

Effective time‑management skills to meet strict deadlines.

Strong communication skills in English and Nepali.
