Key Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Making, or related field (professional certifications preferred)

Relevant experience in a star-rated hotel environment

Strong alignment with brand standards and commitment to service excellence

Proven leadership, team management, and commercial awareness

Solid knowledge of hotel operations or sales systems (PMS/CRM)

Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools

Excellent communication skills in English and Nepali
