To assist the Finance Controller in all stages within the income audit function leading to the preparation of all monthly financial reports and analysis in a timely and accurate manner like Cost Management Control, Inventory management, Reporting & analysis, Menu & Recipe costing, Waste & loss prevention, Profitability optimization.Qualifications

• Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Finance, Commerce or Hospitality/Tourism management.
• Minimum 2 years' work experience as Cost Clerk in larger operation.
• Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
