Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly, motivated, and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. The Sales Associate will assist customers, maintain store appearance, process transactions, and contribute to achieving sales targets while delivering an exceptional shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional assistance.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.

• Explain product features, pricing, quality, and benefits to customers.

• Achieve individual and store-level sales targets.

• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.

• Maintain proper product displays and ensure the store is clean and organized.

• Assist with inventory checking, stock arrangement, and replenishment.

• Support billing, packaging, and other sales-related activities when required.

• Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions as assigned.

• Monitor product availability and inform the Store Manager about low-stock items.

• Build positive relationships with customers and encourage repeat purchases.

• Follow company policies, procedures, and customer service standards.

• Coordinate with other team members to ensure smooth store operations.

• Perform other duties related to sales and retail operations as assigned by management.
