Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant with strong knowledge of Leaf Plus Accounting Software and practical experience in manufacturing, trading, distribution, and import/export businesses.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting transactions using Leaf Plus Accounting Software.

• Maintain purchase, sales, payment, receipt, journal, and ledger entries.

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.

• Maintain and reconcile bank, cash, supplier, and customer accounts.

• Manage inventory and stock accounting.

• Prepare regular financial and management reports.

• Maintain accurate accounting records for manufacturing and trading operations.

• Handle accounting related to import and export transactions.

• Record and reconcile import purchases, shipping costs, customs duties, freight, and other related expenses.

• Prepare and monitor product, manufacturing, and landed costs.

• Assist with VAT/tax-related accounting, documentation, and compliance.

• Coordinate with suppliers, customers, banks, auditors, and other relevant parties.

• Ensure proper documentation, accuracy, and completeness of all financial transactions.

• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.

• Perform other accounting and finance-related duties as required.
