We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our team at Generation Next Communication Pvt. Ltd. As a key member of our sales department, you will support the sales team, streamline processes, and ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with the Sales Team, customers, dealers, and channel partners to ensure smooth sales operations.

Process and track sales orders, quotations, invoices, deliveries, and order status.

Coordinate with Warehouse, Logistics, Finance, and other departments for timely order fulfillment.

Maintain accurate records of sales orders, customer details, stock availability, pricing, schemes, and pending orders.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and MIS for management.

Monitor sales targets and provide regular updates to the Sales Team and management.

Follow up with customers and sales representatives regarding pending orders, deliveries, payments, and documentation.

Coordinate with Finance regarding customer accounts, credit limits, outstanding payments, and payment status.

Support the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, presentations, and other sales documents.

Maintain and update customer and dealer databases.

Track product availability and coordinate with the Warehouse/Inventory team to ensure stock availability.

Assist in promotional schemes, product launches, sales campaigns, and dealer activities.

Handle customer queries and coordinate with relevant departments for timely resolution.

Monitor sales returns, replacements, claims, and other sales-related issues.

Maintain proper documentation of sales activities, PJP/visit reports, orders, and customer communications.

Support the Sales Manager in preparing sales forecasts, targets, and performance reports.

Ensure all sales activities and documentation comply with company policies and procedures.
