KEY REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree with 2–4 years of relevant experience

Experience in BTL Marketing & Brand Activations

Strong understanding of Business Development & Channel Management

Strong Communication & Interpersonal Skills

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Plan and execute dealer, retailer, electrician, and customer engagement programs

Execute BTL activities including product demonstrations, retail activations, roadshows, and promotional campaigns

Organize dealer meets, exhibitions, customer events, and other brand activities

Support merchandising activities and ensure effective placement of branding materials and POSM

Conduct market visits to identify customer insights, competitor activities, and new business opportunities

Coordinate with sales teams, vendors, agencies, and internal stakeholders for successful execution of marketing initiatives
