Job Description

Perform assigned jobs as instructed by the Service Representative.

Follow 5W2H analysis and standard service process while performing service jobs.

Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues effectively.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Achieve the required daily productivity targets.

Academic Qualification

SLC/SEE passed or 3 year Diploma in Auto/Mechanical Engineering

Experience

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role

Skills

Ability to inspect, diagnose, and repair mechanical faults in vehicles, machinery, & equipment.

Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and electronic components.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
