Baudhika is a Nepal-based EdTech company focused on making quality and affordable education accessible to students across Nepal.

We are looking for an experienced Fundraising Consultant / Investor Relations Advisor to help us connect with VCs, angel investors, family offices, strategic investors and EdTech investors in Nepal, India and international markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop fundraising strategy and investor pipeline
• Identify and connect us with qualified investors
• Arrange investor meetings and introductions
• Support pitch deck, valuation and fundraising preparation
• Assist with investor communication and due diligence

Ideal Candidate

• Experience in startup fundraising, VC, investment banking, PE or investor relations
• Strong existing investor network
• Experience raising funds for startups
• Nepal/India investor connections highly preferred
• EdTech/technology sector experience is an advantage

CompensationNegotiable — fixed fee and/or performance-based arrangement.
