Position

Officer-Portfolio Management Service (PMS)

Key Responsibilities

Manage and monitor client portfolios in accordance with approved investment strategies and guidelines.

Conduct investment research and analyze securities, financial instruments and market trends.

Monitor portfolio performance and prepare regular portfolio performance and investment reports.

Assist in investment decisions and portfolio rebalancing based on market conditions and client objectives.

Maintain proper records and documentation related to portfolio management activities.

Coordinate with clients regarding portfolio performance, investment activities and related matters.

Ensure compliance with applicable SEBON regulations, company policies and internal procedures.

Coordinate with relevant departments for smooth execution and settlement of portfolio-related transactions.

Educational Qualification & Work Experience

Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field with at least three years of experience in a related field.

Professional certifications such as CFA or ACCA will be preferred.

Proven experience in investment management, preferably within the Nepalese financial market.

In-depth understanding of investment products, financial instruments, and market dynamics.

Strong analytical skills and ability to make informed decisions based on data-driven insights.
