We are looking for 3 enthusiastic and customer-focused Coffee Baristas to join our team at our outlet in Sunkoshi-6, Sindhuli, BP Highway.

The ideal candidates will be responsible for preparing quality coffee and beverages, maintaining excellent service standards, keeping the bar area clean and organized, and ensuring a welcoming experience for every customer.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, cold beverages, and other café products according to standard recipes.
• Operate espresso machines, coffee grinders, blenders, and other café equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain consistency in beverage quality, presentation, and taste.
• Take customer orders accurately and provide friendly and professional service.
• Handle cash and POS transactions accurately when required.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee bar, equipment, and service area.
• Monitor stock levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, cups, and other supplies.
• Assist with inventory checking, stock replenishment, and minimizing wastage.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and company SOPs at all times.
• Maintain proper grooming and professional appearance.
• Respond to customer requests and feedback in a polite and professional manner.
• Coordinate effectively with other team members to ensure smooth outlet operations.
• Support promotional activities and other duties assigned by the supervisor or management.
