Jasmine Paints is looking for a Sales Officer to strengthen our market presence in Pokhara by building strong dealer networks and achieving sales targets.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, retailers, contractors, and distributors.

Identify and develop new market opportunities and expand the dealer network.

Ensure proper product availability and visibility at dealer/retail outlets.

Collect market feedback and report to management for business improvement and strategy planning.

Coordinate with the logistics and accounts team for timely order processing and payment collection.

Maintain records of sales activities, customer visits, and orders.

REQUIREMENTS

Intermediate level education in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

2–3 years of sales experience, preferably in hardware, paint, construction materials, or a related industry.

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Good knowledge of the local market in the Pokhara area.

Ability to work independently and consistently achieve sales targets.

Valid two-wheeler driving license and willingness to travel frequently.
