Assistant Finance Manager

Location

Kathmandu (Ranibari)

Salary

Up to NPR 100,000 (negotiable)

𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬

Oversee day-to-day finance & accounting operations

Ensure tax compliance (VAT, TDS, Income Tax)

Manage cash flow, working capital, and budgeting

Strengthen internal controls and SOPs

Support costing, inventory, and profitability analysis

Lead and mentor the finance team

𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧

Semi-Qualified CA with 2–3 yrs experience (manufacturing preferred) OR Qualified CA – Fresher with strong academics

Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and regulatory framework

Proficiency in accounting software & MS Office

Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills
