We are looking for an experienced Medical Sales Representative to promote laboratory diagnostic services, develop relationships with healthcare professionals, generate referrals, and support business growth.

Responsibilities of the Candidate

Promote laboratory diagnostic services to doctors, clinics, hospitals, and healthcare institutions.

Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and existing clients.

Conduct regular visits to assigned doctors and healthcare facilities.

Generate referrals and increase laboratory sample/test volumes.

Achieve assigned monthly sales and business targets.

Identify new clients and business opportunities within the healthcare market.

Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback.

Coordinate with laboratory and operations teams regarding client requirements.

Maintain daily/weekly visit and sales reports.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience as a Medical Representative.

Good knowledge of the healthcare and diagnostic market.

Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-management skills.

Target-oriented and comfortable with regular field travel.

Valid two-wheeler driving license preferred.
