General Medical Suppliers is looking for a motivated and target-oriented Sales Officer to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling medical supplies and healthcare products, developing strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, healthcare professionals, and other institutional clients, and achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell medical supplies, equipment, and healthcare-related products to existing and potential customers.
• Visit hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, medical institutions, and other potential clients to generate sales.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
• Identify new sales opportunities and expand the company's customer base.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products accordingly.
• Prepare quotations, sales proposals, and other necessary sales documents.
• Follow up with customers regarding quotations, orders, payments, and product requirements.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets assigned by the company.
• Coordinate with the sales, inventory, and accounts teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer demand.
• Collect customer feedback and provide updates to the management.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer visits, orders, and follow-ups.
• Participate in product demonstrations, promotional activities, exhibitions, and other sales-related events when required.
• Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments from customers in coordination with the concerned department.
• Perform other sales and marketing duties as assigned by the management.
