We are looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to manage social media, create engaging digital content, strengthen online presence, and support lead-generation and marketing activities.

7:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Responsibilities of the Candidate

Create and publish daily content, including posts, reels, stories, and videos.

Manage Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.

Respond to online inquiries, comments, and messages promptly.

Promote courses, intakes, training programs, consultancy services, events, and announcements.

Create and share success stories, testimonials, achievements, and case studies.

Monitor social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activities.

Suggest creative content ideas to improve engagement and reach.

Coordinate with internal teams to gather content and campaign information.

Support lead-generation and digital marketing campaigns.

Assist with online reputation management and escalate sensitive issues when required.

Monitor basic digital performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of relevant digital marketing experience.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, or a related field.

Proficiency in video editing and digital content creation.

Hands-on experience managing Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.

Good understanding of digital marketing, social media, and online engagement.

Knowledge of current digital marketing trends and best practices.

Experience in the education/consultancy sector with a similar portfolio is preferred but not mandatory.

Creative, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
