We are looking for a motivated Business Development Officer to identify new business opportunities, generate and follow up on leads, build relationships, and support student recruitment and business growth within the education and study-abroad sector.

9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Responsibilities of the Candidate

Identify new business opportunities and support student recruitment.

Generate and follow up on leads through calls, messages, digital channels, events, and other activities.

Build relationships with prospective students, parents, educational institutions, and business partners.

Promote education, study-abroad, and related services.

Coordinate with Counseling, Admission, Visa, and Marketing teams to improve lead conversion.

Support education fairs, seminars, workshops, campaigns, and promotional activities.

Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.

Monitor market trends, competitors, and potential opportunities.

Prepare regular business development and performance reports.

Achieve assigned targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in business development, sales, education consultancy, or a related field.

Knowledge of sales, lead generation, customer service, and relationship management.

Understanding of education and study-abroad services is preferred.

Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong lead follow-up and conversion abilities.

Target-oriented with good organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively across teams.
