Sarvottam Paints is seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant to oversee accounting, taxation, financial reporting, and statutory compliance functions. The role will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, supporting audits and compliance activities, and providing financial insights to assist management in effective business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting and financial operations and ensure accurate maintenance of financial records.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
• Ensure timely compliance with tax, VAT, and other statutory requirements, including preparation and filing of returns.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors and facilitate the timely completion of audits.
• Monitor cash flow, budgets, expenses, and financial forecasts.
• Review and strengthen internal controls, accounting procedures, and financial processes.
• Liaise with banks, auditors, tax authorities, and other regulatory bodies as required.
• Provide financial analysis, reports, and recommendations to support management decision-making.
• Supervise, guide, and support the accounts and finance team.
• Ensure financial activities are conducted accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with applicable regulations and company policies.
