Accountant

📋 Job Description

• Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and management reports
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely transactions
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and audit requirements
• Handle daily financial operations and maintain accurate records
• Process, follow up, and reconcile invoices and payments
• Monitor and manage Letters of Credit (LC) for international transactions
• Manage import documentation (invoices, bills of entry, customs duties, etc.)
• Reconcile bank statements, foreign exchange transactions, and vendor accounts

✅ Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3–5 years of relevant experience (preferably in import/export or trading companies)
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and compliance
• Proficiency in Tally, MS Office, and advanced Excel
• Good understanding of import procedures, foreign exchange, and banking processes
• Experience handling Letters of Credit (LC) and international transactions
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Nepali typing skills will be an added advantage
