Prepare, review, and maintain accurate general ledger entries and financial statements.

Process payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable on a timely basis.

Conduct monthly, quarterly, and year‑end closing activities and produce related reports.

Ensure compliance with Nepalese tax laws, prepare tax filings, and coordinate with auditors.

Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost optimization.

Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic planning.

Maintain internal controls and support the implementation of accounting policies.

Communicate financial information clearly to management and other departments.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Minimum of 2 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing or garment industry.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and Nepalese taxation regulations.

Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.

Excellent problem‑solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Detail‑oriented with a high degree of integrity and reliability.

Ability to work on‑site in Kathmandu, Bagmati Province, Nepal.

Negotiable salary based on experience and qualifications.
