Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage statutory and internal audit assignments.

Plan, execute, and review audit engagements.

Prepare and review financial statements and audit reports.

Handle taxation matters, including tax compliance and advisory.

Provide accounting, audit, and financial advisory services to clients.

Coordinate directly with clients and understand their business requirements.

Review the work of junior team members and provide guidance.

Ensure compliance with applicable accounting, auditing, and tax regulations.

Identify financial, operational, and compliance risks and provide recommendations.

Manage multiple assignments and ensure timely completion.

Support partners/senior management in client and business matters.

Job Specification (JS)

Education

Semi-Qualified CA / CA Finalist preferred.

Bachelor's degree in Management, Commerce, Accounting, or related field will be an advantage.

Experience

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in audit, taxation, advisory, or accounting.

Experience in an audit/accounting firm is preferred.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of auditing and taxation.

Good understanding of accounting standards and financial reporting.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good client-handling and communication skills.

Ability to lead and supervise a team.

Proficiency in accounting and audit-related software.
