Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Marketing Officer to support our marketing and business development activities. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and coordination skills, along with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel for preparing reports, analyzing marketing data, tracking performance, and maintaining databases.

The candidate will be responsible for supporting marketing campaigns, coordinating with clients and internal teams, monitoring market activities, preparing reports, and assisting in business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing activities and promotional campaigns.

• Identify potential customers, clients, dealers, and business opportunities.

• Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities.

• Maintain and update customer, client, and marketing databases.

• Coordinate with clients, vendors, sales teams, and other internal departments.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly marketing performance reports.

• Track leads, customer follow-ups, conversion rates, sales activities, and campaign performance.

• Analyze marketing data and provide meaningful insights to management.

• Prepare dashboards, charts, summaries, and presentations using Microsoft Excel.

• Maintain accurate records of marketing expenses, leads, campaigns, and customer information.

• Support digital marketing activities, including social media and online promotions.

• Assist in organizing promotional events, meetings, exhibitions, and other marketing activities.

• Follow up with prospective clients and maintain strong business relationships.

• Prepare presentations, proposals, quotations, and other marketing-related documents when required.

• Perform other marketing and business development tasks assigned by management.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, sales, business development, or a related field.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data reporting.

• Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
